Card. Our Visa Debit cards can be
used at STAR and PLUS ATMs (Automatic
Teller Machine), as a calling card, and
at merchants worldwide. This Visa

with a USA Cash Services advance, and it
can be reused and recharged at your

Do I need a card to get a loan? ^Top
No. You can always have your advance
deposited directly into your checking
account instead of on a debit card. The
Card is not a credit card and is not
connected with any loan or advance you
might receive from us. The terms and
conditions governing the use of your
Card are separate from those governing
any payday advance you might obtain from
us. If you decide to have the proceeds
of a payday advance deposited on to a
Card,you must still repay your advance in
accordance with the terms of the
Deferred Deposit Agreement, Loan
Agreement and/or Disclosure
Statement governing the advance.

Do I need a bank account to get a card? ^Top
No. The Card is a reloadable, prepaid
stored-value Card. The Card is issued
through an arrangement with Global Cash
Card, LLC (“GCC”) and First Regional
Bank (“FRB”). There is no checking or
savings account directly tied to your
Card. Instead, funds you deposit on the
Card are held in a special, pooled
account at FRB that includes funds
deposited by other Cardholders. Your
Card balance and all of your
transactions are tracked separately by
GCC. |
How much does my first card cost? ^Top
Your first card is FREE, with a USA Cash
Services advance! Your Cash Advance from
USA Cash Services® is always credited to
your card at no additional charge. Your
first ATM withdrawal following an USA
Cash Services® advance is free. You pay
a small fee for any other transactions –
loading from other sources, cash
withdrawals, payments and transfers. See
our on-line fee schedule. |
How do I receive my money within an hour? ^Top
Simply apply for an advance on-line
during our business hours, and if you
have a USA Cash Services Visa Debit
Card, we will place your money on your
card within one hour of approval. Our
business hours are Monday - Friday
8AM-8PM and Saturday 10AM-3PM Mountain
Time.

Do you check my credit? ^Top
No. We do not check your credit history
when you ask for a USA Cash Services®
Visa Debit Card. If you apply for a
USA Cash Services® advance, bad credit
will not affect your advance approval.
We do verify your payday advance history
with Teletrack and or Clarity. If we extend credit to a consumer, we will consider the bank account information provided by the consumer as eligible for us to process payments against. In addition, as part of our information collection process, we may detect additional bank accounts under the ownership of the consumer. We will consider these additional accounts to be part of the application process. |

Can someone make an unauthorized transaction with my card? ^Top
Only a person that has BOTH your card
number AND your PIN (Personal
Identification Number) can make a
transaction with your card. Always keep
your card in a safe place (just as you
would cash) and always protect your PIN.

think your card has been lost or stolen. |
How do I keep my PIN safe? ^Top
Your confidential PIN helps to prevent
unauthorized use and adds to the
security of debit card transactions.
Here are some tips to protect your PIN:- When selecting a PIN, use a
number that is not easily
guessed or that appears in your
wallet such as your name, birth
date, phone number, or address.
- Use different PINs for each
account.
- Memorize your PIN. Do not write
it down anywhere or share it
with anyone.
- Cover the keypad from view when
punching in your PIN.

How do I report a lost or stolen card/PIN? ^Top
If your card has been lost, stolen or
used without your permission,
immediately call the card services
number (1-866-395-9200). Failure to
report a lost or stolen card could
result in the loss of all of the money
on your card. For more information on

Follow these tips while using any
Automated Teller Machine (ATM):- Be aware of your surroundings
when withdrawing funds.
- Do not hold the door for someone
else when entering or exiting a
secured ATM area.

ready to use before you approach
the ATM.
- Never allow a stranger to be
near you or to help you use an
ATM.
- Cover the keypad from view when
punching in your PIN.
- Always count the money at the
