What does it cost?
In the state of California the cost for your payday loan is 17.65% of the amount you borrow. The APR varies depending on the length of your loan. For example, if you borrow $100.00 for 14 days, our fee would be $17.65, with an APR of 460.16%. This APR is based on an example term of one payment due in 14 days. The APR may increase or decrease if your actual loan is shorter than or longer than this example. Please use our fee calculator to determine the exact cost of your loan before you apply.

Do I need a fax machine?
A lot of our competitors require their on-line customers to fax completed forms in order to apply for a payday loan. We realize that not everyone has access to a fax machine, we strive to minimize faxing; however, in rare instances we may require you to fax certain documentation.

What if I've filed for bankruptcy?
In most cases, your prior bankruptcy history will not affect your payday loan approval; however, at a minimum, you must be able to provide us with your bankruptcy closing date.

Do you sell my information?

How do I find out if I am approved?
You can find out if you will qualify for a payday loan by completing a California online payday loan application. There is no cost or obligation for this pre-qualification service. Once you have completed the on-line application, we will send you an email indicating how much money you may borrow. If you decide to complete our California online payday loan request, you will receive two emails from us. You should receive the first email within minutes confirming that we have received and are processing your request. You should receive the second email once your payday loan is approved. If you apply during our regular business hours, your payday loan will generally be approved in about one hour.

When can I get my money?
At USA Cash Services® we have streamlined our application process so that you can have your money as fast as possible. If your payday loan request is completed and approved during our business hours (M-F 7 AM to 7 PM and Sat 9 AM to 2 PM (Pacific Time) you will generally receive your money the next business day! Payday loan requests that are completed after our business hours will generally be processed our next business day.

How do bank holidays affect my loan?
We are open on many bank holidays. If you choose to receive your money directly into your checking account and your bank is closed, your payday loan advance will be delayed until your bank is open. When your bank is closed we cannot process payday loan advances that are deposited directly to your checking account.

How do I repay?
Automatic Payment (Our computers automatically create a paper draft which is used to withdraw repayment funds from your bank account on the due date.)
Pay in cash at one of our many office locations.

Can I pay off my payday loan early?
Yes. You may prepay your payday loan at any time without penalty, but you will not be entitled to a refund of any part of the finance charge. To pay off early contact the web department and we can automatically debit your checking account for an early payoff.

Can I cancel my payday loan?
Yes. You may cancel a payday loan without paying the Finance Charge. To do so, you must pay us all amounts that we have given you by no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on our next business day after you received your payday loan. Your payment must be in the form of cash, a certified check, cashier's check or a money order. If we receive your payment on time, we will cancel your payday loan obligation.

What if I cannot repay my payday loan?
Call us immediately! Our computers are set up to withdraw funds automatically from your checking account on the due date. If you cannot repay your payday loan and you know that there are not enough funds in your checking account it is important that you contact us toll free (1-877-309-2274) before your loan is due. Contacting us prior to your due date may save you (and us) costly bank overdraft (NSF) fees.

What if I default on my payday loan?
If you do not repay your payday loan or contact us to make acceptable payment arrangements, we may report information about your payday loan to Teletrack, a national database used by most payday loan companies nationwide. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your payday loan transaction may be reflected in your history with Teletrack.

What if I need an extension?
We do not offer extensions to California residents. If you cannot repay your payday loan and you know that there are not enough funds in your checking account, it is important that you contact us toll free (1-877-309-2274) before your loan is due. Contacting us prior to your due date may save you (and us) costly bank overdraft (NSF) fees.

How soon can I get another payday loan?
A payday loan is a short-term loan designed to help you make ends meet. It is not intended to be a long-term solution. California regulations allow you to request another payday loan once any existing payday loans are paid-off. Once your bank confirms with you that your payday loan has been paid, you are welcome to submit another California online payday loan request.
