What is the USA Cash Services® Platinum Debit Card? |
| USA Cash Services® has teamed with a national debit card company in order to offer our customers a Platinum Debit Card. Our Platinum Debit cards can be used at STAR and PLUS ATMs (Automatic Teller Machine), as a calling card, and at merchants worldwide. This Platinum Debit card can be used in conjunction with a USA Cash Services advance, and it can be reused and recharged at your convenience. |
How would the USA Cash Services® Platinum Debit Card benefit me? |

Do I need a card to get a loan?
|
| No. You can always have your advance deposited directly into your checking account instead of on a debit card. The Card is not a credit card and is not connected with any loan or advance you might receive from us. The terms and conditions governing the use of your Card are separate from those governing any payday advance you might obtain from us. If you decide to have the proceeds of a payday advance deposited on to a Card, you must still repay your advance in accordance with the terms of the Deferred Deposit Agreement, Loan Agreement and/or Disclosure Statement governing the advance. |
Do I need a bank account to get a card?

| No. The Card is a reloadable, prepaid stored-value Card. The Card is issued through an arrangement with Global Cash Card, LLC (“GCC”) and First Regional Bank (“FRB”). There is no checking or savings account directly tied to your Card. Instead, funds you deposit on the Card are held in a special, pooled account at FRB that includes funds deposited by other Cardholders. Your Card balance and all of your transactions are tracked separately by GCC. |
How do I receive my money within an hour?

| Simply apply for an advance on-line during our business hours, and if you have a USA Cash Services Platinum Debit Card, we will place your money on your card within one hour of approval. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8AM-8PM and Saturday 10AM-3PM Mountain Time. |

How much does my first card cost?

| Your first card is FREE, with a USA Cash Services advance! Your Cash Advance from USA Cash Services® is always credited to your card at no additional charge. Your first ATM withdrawal following an USA Cash Services® advance is free. You pay a small fee for any other transactions – loading from other sources, cash withdrawals, payments and transfers. See our on-line fee schedule. |
Do you check my credit? | |
| No. We do not check your credit history when you ask for a USA Cash Services® Platinum Debit Card. If you apply for a USA Cash Services® advance, bad credit will not affect your advance approval. We do verify your payday advance history with Teletrack. |
Can the card be issued to someone living outside the United States? |
| No, we can only issue the card to individuals with US addresses. |

Can I get additional cards? | |
| Yes, you can purchase up to three USA Cash Services® Platinum Debit Cards for someone else, like a student away at college or as a gift for a friend or relative in another state. See our on-line fee schedule for additional card pricing. |
Can someone make an unauthorized transaction with my card? |
| Only a person that has BOTH your card number AND your PIN (Personal Identification Number) can make a transaction with your card. Always keep your card in a safe place (just as you would cash) and always protect your PIN. Call the toll-free card services number (1-866-395-9200) immediately if you think your card has been lost or stolen. |
How do I keep my PIN safe? |
| Your confidential PIN helps to prevent unauthorized use and adds to the security of debit card transactions. Here are some tips to protect your PIN:
 When selecting a PIN, use a number that is not easily guessed or that appears in your wallet such as your name, birth date, phone number, or address.
Use different PINs for each account.
Memorize your PIN. Do not write it down anywhere or share it with anyone.
Cover the keypad from view when punching in your PIN. |

How do I report a lost or stolen card/PIN? |
| If your card has been lost, stolen or used without your permission, immediately call the card services number (1-866-395-9200). Failure to report a lost or stolen card could result in the loss of all of the money on your card. For more information on reporting a lost or stolen card see the cardholder agreement. |

How do I use an ATM safely? |
| Follow these tips while using any Automated Teller Machine (ATM):
Be aware of your surroundings when withdrawing funds.
Do not hold the door for someone else when entering or exiting a secured ATM area.
Have your debit card out and ready to use before you approach the ATM.
Never allow a stranger to be near you or to help you use an ATM.
Cover the keypad from view when punching in your PIN.
Always count the money at the ATM and put it in your wallet before walking away.
Stay in your car with your doors locked and your engine running, when using a drive-up ATM.
Always protect and take your receipts with you. |

| Your PIN can be changed at anytime. Just call the toll-free card services number on the back of the card and follow the recorded instructions. |

How can I monitor the activity on my card? | |
| You can keep track of your money 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by either Calling the toll-free card services number (1-866-395-9200) on the back of the card or by logging into to our secure card website. With your card number and your PIN you can review your balance and transaction activity, transfer funds to other USA Cash Services® Platinum Debit Card cardholders, as well as load additional funds on your card. |

| You can check your balance 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Call the toll-free card services number (1-866-395-9200) on the back of the card or log-in to our secure card website, or at any STAR or PLUS ATM (Fees apply when submitting an inquiry through an ATM, see the fee schedule). |

How much does the USA Cash Services® Platinum Debit Card cost to use? |
| Our national debit card partner charges fees associated with debit card transactions. Owners of ATM’s and Point-of-Sales equipment may impose their own fee's. Your cash advance from USA Cash Services® is always credited to your debit card at no charge. To help compensate for ATM charges, an additional $1.50 per USA Cash Services® Advance is also credited to your debit card (your first withdrawal may be free). | Yes, your card can receive payments from your employer or from the government just like direct deposit into a bank account. |
How can I add more money to my card? |

Receive direct deposits (payroll, benefits checks, governmental agencies, etc).
Wire money.

How can I pay bills using my debit card? |
| If you have available funds on your card, you can call the toll-free card services number (1-866-395-9200) and request a check be mailed to you. |
Can I purchase gas with my debit card? |
| Yes. When using your card to purchase gas many stations require that you have more than $50.00 on your card, in order to "pay from the pump". |
