When can I get my money?
At USA Cash Services® we have streamlined our application process so that you can have your money as fast as possible. If your advance request is completed and approved during our hours (M-F 8 AM to 7 PM and Sat 10 AM to 3 PM (Mountain Time) and you choose:

Electronic deposit to your checking account, you will generally receive your money the next business day!
Credit to your USA Cash Services® Platinum Debit Card, you will generally receive your money WITHIN AN HOUR of approval! Debit card fees may apply.

Loan requests that are completed after our business hours will generally be processed our next business day.

How do bank holidays affect my loan?
We are open on many bank holidays. If we are open and you choose to receive your money on your USA Cash Services® Platinum Debit Card you will generally receive your money within one hour of approval, even if your bank is closed. Debit card fees may apply.

If you choose to receive your money directly into your checking account and your bank is closed, your advance will be delayed until your bank is open. When your bank is closed we cannot process advances that are deposited directly to your checking account.

How do I repay?

Can I pay off my advance early?
Yes. You may prepay your advance at any time without penalty. To pay off early contact the web department and we can automatically debit your checking account for an early payoff.

What if I cannot repay my advance?
Call us immediately! Our computers are set up to withdraw funds automatically from your checking account on the due date. If you cannot repay your advance and you know that there are not enough funds in your checking account it is important that you contact us toll free (1-877-309-2274) before your loan is due. Contacting us prior to your due date may save you (and us) costly bank overdraft (NSF) fees.

What if I default on my advance?
If you do not repay your advance or contact us to make acceptable payment arrangements, we may report information about your advance to Teletrack, a national database used by most payday advance companies nationwide. Late payments, missed payments or other defaults on your advance transaction may be reflected in your history with Teletrack.

What if I need an extension?
We do not offer extensions to Washington residents. If you cannot repay your advance and you know that there are not enough funds in your checking account it is important that you contact us toll free (1-877-309-2274) before your loan is due. Contacting us prior to your due date may save you (and us) costly bank overdraft (NSF) fees.
