If your payday loan request is completed and approved by 7:30 PM MT, Monday - Friday, you will generally receive your money the next business day.- If your payday loan request is approved by 7:30 PM MT, Monday-Thursday, your funds will be available in your checking account the next day.
- If it is approved by 7:30 PM MT on a Friday, your funds will be available in your checking account the following Monday.
- If your loan request is submitted after 7:30 PM on a Friday, or anytime on a Saturday or Sunday, and approved either on Saturday before 3 PM MT or on Monday before 7:30 PM MT, your funds will be available in your checking account on Tuesday.

How do bank holidays affect my loan? ^Top
If you apply for a loan the business day before a bank holiday, the funds for your approved loan will typically not be available in your checking account until the business day after the holiday. |
What if I don't want the loan? ^Top
You have the right to cancel your loan without incurring any charges if you take one of the following actions before 6 P.M. MST on the next business day following the start date of your loan: (a) Contact us at 801-476-4242, and authorize us to immediately initiate an electronic debit to your bank account for the full principle amount; (b) Pay the full principle amount back with a card. (The card processor may charge a fee.) Or; (c) Return the full Principal Amount to us in person at any USA Cash Services store location in the form of cash, certified check or money order. If any electronic debit is returned unpaid for any reason, your loan will not be cancelled, and you will remain obligated to repay your loan as provided in the Agreement. |

Multiple Payment options are available:- Automatic Payment from your checking account.
- Cash, certified check,

- Certified check or money order via mail.
- Must be received by the loan due date.

What if I need an extension? ^Top
Extensions are not available to California residents. If you cannot repay your payday loan and you know that there are not enough funds in your checking account, it is important that you contact us (801-476-4242) before your loan is due. Contacting us prior to your due date may save you costly bank overdraft fees. |
Can I pay early? ^Top
Yes. You may prepay at any time without penalty.
To pay off early:- Contact us to authorize an early debit from your checking account or to pay with a card. (If you choose to pay with a card, the card processor charges a fee for that service. We do not charge a fee for any of the other payment methods available.)
- Visit one of our store locations to pay via cash, certified check, or money order.

Call us immediately! If you know that there are not going to be enough funds in your checking account on the loan due date, it is important that you contact us (801-476-4242) before your loan is due. Contacting us prior to your due date may save you costly bank fees.
