Many of our competitors require their online customers to fax completed forms in order to apply for an online loan. We realize that not everyone has access to a fax machine, so we strive to minimize faxing; however, in rare instances, we may require you to fax certain documentation.

We are open on many bank holidays. If you choose to receive your money directly into your checking account and your bank is closed, your payday loan advance will be delayed until your bank is open. When your bank is closed we cannot process payday loan advances that are deposited directly to your checking account.
You have the right to cancel this loan without paying the finance charge. To do so, you must call us no later than 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the next banking business day following the date of your loan agreement. We will debit your account for the amount financed without any additional charges and cancel your loan.
  • Automatic Payment (Our computers automatically create a paper draft which is used to withdraw repayment funds from your bank account on the due date.
You may be able to extend your loan. To do so simply Sign-In to your account and complete the form. A cash advance can be extended for a maximum of 31 days for each extension. You may extend multiple times. Under Idaho regulations, a deferred deposit loan may not be extended beyond 10 weeks from the start date of the original loan.
Yes. You may prepay at any time without penalty. To pay off early visit one of our many store locations or contact us and we can automatically debit your checking account for an early payoff
Call us immediately! Our computers are set up to withdraw funds automatically from your checking account on the due date. If you cannot repay your payday loan and you know that there are not enough funds in your checking account, it is important that you contact us (801-476-4242) before your loan is due. Contacting us prior to your due date may save you (and us) costly bank overdraft (NSF) fees.
If you default, you should contact us in order to make acceptable payment arrangements. We may report information regarding your debt to Clarity, Teletrack, or other similar systems used by most payday loan companies nationwide. As a courtesy, your loan history may be reported to these systems.
